Recipe of the Month:

Strawberry-Mango Salsa

1 pkg firm, just ripe Strawberries, diced
2 firm, just ripe Mangoes, diced
4-5 small to medium Roma Tomatoes, diced
1 lg fresh Jalapeño, seeded and minced
2-3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 med Shallot, minced
1 bunch Cilantro, chopped
Zest of 1 Lime
Juice of 1 Lime

Salt/pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients (Except Strawberries) and refrigerate 3 hours to overnight.


1 hour before serving:
Mix in strawberries
